Dr. Anita Singh
Ph.D., Statistics, 1978, Purdue University
Dr. Anita Singh is a well known statistician with over 35 years of
experience in theoretical, applied univariate and multivariate statistics
as an academician, and industrial and environmental statistician. She
specializes in statistical methods for left-censored data sets consisting
of nondetects with multiple detection limits and developing ISM approach
based sampling plans. She has developed (via Lockheed Martin's EPA
contracts) two statistical software packages: Scout 1.0 (EPA 2009) and
ProUCL 5.0 (EPA 2013) equipped with methods to address statistical issues
and needs of CERCLA and RCRA site projects of Technical Support Center
(TSC) and Chemometrics research projects of NERL USEPA, Las Vegas.
